Notice of time, place and purpose of meeting as required by “Sunshine Law.”

Pursuant to Section 121.22 of the Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Sugarcreek
Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on December 29 th at 5:00 pm, to close
out township financial records for 2025 and discuss any other township business needing
attention. The 2026 reorganizational meeting will take place on January 2 nd at 4:00 pm.
